Apple crisp pudding

Simple to make and yet delicious.

Cooking Time : 25 mins.
Preparation Time : 15 mins.

Serves 6.

Ingredients
6 to 8 medium sized cooking apple
115 grams brown sugar
55 grams plain flour (maida)
55 grams rolled oats
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
3 tablespoons soft butter
Method
1. Peel and slice the apples.
2. Grease a 200 mm. x 200 mm. (8″ x 8″) square dish and spread the apples in the dish.
3. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread them on top of the apples.
4. Bake in a hot, oven at 400°F until the top is golden.
5. Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
