Spaghetti in tomato sauce (microwave)

Cooking Time : 4 mins. 50 secs.

Serves 6.

Ingredients
2 onions, chopped

2 teacups boiled pasta
1 capsicum (optional), cut into rings

2 teacups tomato sauce
4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons butter
100 grams fresh cream
100 grams grated cooking cheese
salt to taste
Method
1. Put the butter in a bowl and microwave on HIGH for about 20 seconds. Add the onions and capsicum and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Keep aside a few capsicum rings for decoration.
2. Add the tomato sauce and salt and microwave on HIGH for about 2 minutes, stirring once in-between after 1 minute.
3. Add the tomato ketchup, spaghetti and cream and microwave on HIGH for about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring once in-between after 45 seconds.
4. Cover with the balance capsicum rings and the grated cheese.
Tips
Serve hot.
