Buttered rice

Tastes delicious with stews.

Cooking Time : 5 minutes.
Preparation Time : 5 minutes.

Serves 6.

1 1/2 teacups uncooked rice
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Boil the rice. Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate.
2. Heat the butter on a slow flame and add the cooked rice and salt and cook for 1 minute.
3. Serve hot.
