Foil baked buttered rice

Cooking Time : 10 minutes.
Preparation Time : 15 minutes.

Serves 6.

For the buttered rice

How to proceed
1. Place some buttered rice in aluminium foil. Spread some mushroom sauce over it.
2. Make similar layers using the remaining rice and mushroom sauce.
3. Dot with butter and make a parcel, leaving enough room for expansion of the steam generated while cooking.
4. Cook on a hot charcoal sigri grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning the parcel a couple of times while cooking. Alternatively, bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
