Spring onion and curd dip

Preparation Time : 5 mins.
Cooking Time : Nil.

Makes 1½ cups.

1 cup fresh thick curds
4 spring onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 green chilli, chopped
salt to taste
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till it is smooth.
2. Refrigerate till required.
3. Serve chilled with vegetable crudites or any barbequed dish of your choice.
