Papaya pudding

Preparation Time : 5 minutes.


2 teacups papaya slices

2 tbspns skim milk

1 teaspoon sugar
1. Blend the papaya, milk and sugar in a liquidiser.
2. Pour the mixture into cups and put to chill.
3. Serve chilled.
Health Information :
A light, lunch-time sweet which is unbelievably low in calories.
Not only are papayas extremely rich in Vitamin A but they are also easily digestible.
This pudding can accordingly be eaten by invalids and children.
