Sandesh (low calorie)

Preparation Time : 5 minutes.
Cooking Time : 5 minutes.

Serves 4.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons milk

100 gms freshly made paneer

2 grams SugaRite or 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
a few drops rose or kewra essence (optional)
silver foil or fruit pieces for decoration
Method
1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer.
2. Spread on a serving plate and decorate with silver foil or fruits.
3. Cool.
4. Cut into decorative pieces and serve.
Tips
Health Information :
The famous Bengali Sandesh made healthier and with fewer calories using skim milk paneer.
