Mawa misri laddu

A sweet which can be prepared in a jiffy.

Cooking Time : Nil.
Preparation Time : 10 mins.

Makes 20 small ladoos.

100 grams paneer
100 grams khoya
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence or 4 to 5 powdered cardamoms
chopped nuts for decoration
1. Knead the paneer very well.
2. Sieve the khoya.
3. Mix the paneer and khoya. Add the sugar and vanilla essence (or cardamom) and mix very well.
4. Make small balls and decorate with chopped nuts. Store in the refrigerator.
