Eggless mayonnaise

Cooking Time : 5 minutes.
Preparation Time : 5 minutes.

Serves 4.

3 tablespoons skimmed milk powder
1/2 mteaspoon mustard powder
a pinch black pepper powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil
salt to taste
1. In a bowl, mix the milk powder, mustard powder, black pepper powder and salt.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of warm water and mix well.
3. Add the oil drop by drop and keep whisking. As the mixture gets thicker, add a little lemon juice.
4. Keep adding the oil and whisking continuously.
