Honey banana shake

This duo of bananas and yoghurt will provide for plenty of calcium and energy in your diet which is helpful throughout your 9 months of pregnancy. Be it early morning or mid afternoon, this refresher is sure to lift your spirits up.

Cooking Time : Nil.
Preparation Time : 10 mins.

Serves 1.

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup curds (yoghurt)
1 ripe banana, sliced
1/2 tablespoon honey
1. Combine the curds, banana, suger, honey and ice-cubes in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
