Strawberry chickoo shake

This is one of my favourite breakfast shakes to prevent acidity. Wham I am in a hurry, i simply gulp it down and rush out. Packed with protien, calcium, iron, vitamin C and fibre too, this is a delicious drink.

Cooking Time : Nil.
Preparation Time : 5 mins.

Serves 2.

1/2 cup ripe strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup chickoo, peeled and diced
1 cup milk
1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a liquidiser.
2. Pour into 2 glasses.
3. Serve chilled
For best results, ensure that all the ingredients are chilled.
