||Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté for a few minutes.
||Add the karelas and salt and cook over a medium flame till they are soft.
||In a bowl, whisk the curds and Bengal gram flour together till they form a smooth paste.
||Add the ginger-green chilli paste and the gram flour and curds mixture to the sautéed onion and karelas along with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
||Adjust the salt and simmer for a few minutes.
||Serve hot, garnished with the chopped coriander.
