Fruit cocktail

Have this filling fruit cocktail in case you are on the run or are not really hungry. The natural fruit sugar will keep you going for hours. The fruits will also provide all the essential vitamins, minerals and fibre you require.

Cooking Time : Nil.
Preparation Time : 25 mins.

Serves 2.

1½ cups apple, chopped
1 cup black grapes
1 cup pineapple, peeled and chopped
½ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon glucose powder
salt and pepper to taste
crushed ice
1. Combine all the fruits in a blender and purée.
2. Just before serving, add the glucose powder, salt, pepper and crushed ice and mix well
3. Serve immediately in tall glasses.
