Oriental stir fry salad

Beans and veggies lightly sautéed to seal in necessary nutrients and flavours of all the ingredients.

Preparation Time : 20 mins.
Cooking Time : 5 mins.

Serves 4.

1 cup bean sprouts
2 dry red chillies, broken
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp celery, finely chopped
2 cups Chinese cabbage or cabbage, shredded
½ cup baby corn, parboiled and cut into thin slices
1 cup small broccoli or cauliflower florets, parboiled
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
1. Heat the oil and fry the red chillies and garlic for 2 minutes.
2. Add the onions and bean sprouts and celery and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the cabbage, baby corn and broccoli and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add the salt and soya sauce.
5. Serve hot.
