One of my favourite desserts which tastes delicious when it is served warm.
Made just with low fat paneer and fruits, you can occasionally enjoy a serving of this dessert after your meal. However, do remember to include these calories as part of your diet.

Baking Temperature : 220°C (440°F).
Preparation Time : 10 mins.

Serves 4.

4 teaspoons sugar
4 tablespoons low fat milk
a few strands of saffron
For the fruit filling

¼ teaspoon nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
a few drops lemon juice
For the cottage cheese mixture
1. Dissolve the saffron in the milk and keep aside

For the fruit filling
1. Mix together all the ingredients and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Squeeze out all the water and arrange the fruit in a greased 150 mm. (6″) diameter pie dish.
How to proceed
