Cabbage,carrot and babycorn stir fry

Stir-fries are always on top of the list when it comes to healthy cooking to monitor the amount of fat used. Try this crunch filled combination of cabbage, carrot and baby corn.

Cooking Time : 10 mins.
Preparation Time : 10 mins.

Serves 2.

1 cup cabbage, sliced thinly
1 cup carrot, cut into thin strips
½ cup babycorn, sliced and parboiled
½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1 green chilli, slit
1 teaspoon oil
salt to taste
1. Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds and green chilli.
2. When the cumin seeds crackle, add the cabbage, babycorn and carrots and salt and sauté over a medium flame for a few seconds.
3. Sprinkle a little water if required and continue to cook till it is soft.
4. Serve at room temperature.
