Healthy orange juice

This great juice with the tangy twist of orange is great at any time of the day.
Pretty pearls of health… that’s what pomegranates are best known as, because of their vitamin C, potassium and fibre content. Sometimes difficult to find, pomegranates are worth buying when you see them because their exotic and distinctive flavour is quite delicious. A reddish skin is usually a sign that the seeds inside will be vibrant and sweet.

Makes 2 small glasses (300 ml).

Ingredients
2 small oranges, peeled and separated into segments
½ cup pomegranate (anar)
½ cup black grapes
crushed ice to serve
HOPPER / JUICER
1. Juice all the ingredients.
2. Add some crushed ice in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it. Serve immediately.
MIXER / BLENDER
1. Blend all the ingredients using little water (if required) till smooth.
2. Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
3. Add some crushed ice in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it. Serve immediately.
