finally, after browsing a long time i found a walnut barfi which is quick, easy and low fat (compared to other recipes around the net) and i can use the goodness of walnut for lowering my husbands bad cholesterol level. I recently bought convection microwave oven. I am hesitant to use it often. I was overjoyed to see so many microwave recipes in your blog. Could you please tell me about proper usage of microwave? is it healthy to cook food in microwave. There is always a controversy.
