Garden fresh fusilli

A classic pasta recipe made with fusilli and cottage cheese, tossed along with garden fresh parsley and basil. Relish the distinct essence of every ingredient used in this dish.

Preparation Time : 5 mins.
Cooking Time : 10 mins.

Serves 4.

3 cups cooked fusilli or any small pasta
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
1½ cups paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
¾ cup milk
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
½ cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons cream
¼ cup grated vegetarian cooking cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil or any other oil
Salt to taste
1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan and add the green chillies to it.
2. Add the paneer cubes and stir for some time.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix gently.
4. Cook on slow flame till the sauce thickens.
5. Serve hot.
