Delicious pastas served with rich spinach sauce.

Cooking Time : 30 min.
Preparation Time : 15 min.

Serves 6 to 8.

For the spinach sauce
100 grams fresh cream

2 teacups white sauce

25 spinach leaves
salt and pepper to taste
For the fettucine
1 packet (200 grams) green (spinach) fettucine
1 packet (200 grams) fettucine
4 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons salt
For the spinach sauce
1. Steam the spinach leaves and squeeze out the water.
2. Mix the white sauce, cream and spinach leaves and blend in a blender.
3. Add salt and pepper.
For the fettucine
1. Boil plenty of water in a large vessel. Add the oil and salt. Cook both the fettucine in small batches as required until soft.
2. Remove the cooked fettucine with a perforated spoon.
Serve hot with spinach sauce.
Prepare white sauce 4 to 5 hours in advance.
