Whole wheat pasta with tomato gravy

Preparation Time : 15 minutes.
Cooking Time : 10 minutes.

Serves 2.

For the pasta
100 grams whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
For serving

1/2 recipe tomato gravy

For the paste
1. Mix all the ingredients together and make a stiff dough by adding water. Knead very well and then keep aside for 1/2 hour.
2. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out very thinly. Cut into long strips using a noodle cutter or with a sharp knife.
3. Boil plenty of water in a large vessel and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Put some noodles into the boiling water and cook for 1 minute. Remove the cooked noodles with a sieve and repeat for the remaining noodles. Drain the cooked noodles.
How to serve
1. Arrange the boiled noodles on individual serving plates and pour the gravy on top.
2. Serve hot.
