Kairi ka jaljeera

A quencher and cooler, with that pick-me-up effect.

Serves 4.

Ingredients
½ cup peeled and chopped raw mango
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
½ cup chopped mint leaves
1-2 green chillies, chopped
½ teaspoon roasted cumin (jeera) powder
½ teaspoon sanchal (black salt)
1 tablespoon sugar
salt to taste
Method
1. Grind all the ingredients in a blender into a fine paste, using a little water.
2. Add three glasses of water to this mixture and allow it to sit for 30 minutes at least.
3. Pour over ice cubes and serve immediately.
